Laurence Pignon, Client Service Manager
|
After completing accounting and management studies, I did my compulsory work experience with an accountant who hired me when I obtained my diploma in August 1988. I spent a year with him doing bookkeeping before he retired. Benoît Barral then bought his practice … and me with it! |
|
| With Benoît Barral came IT and modern methods of work which enriched my experience. I have since become DdC and work with an assistant (BTS) and two sandwich course students (DECF). We carry out bookkeeping or supervise it, prepare year-end statements and related compulsory declarations, and prepare payslips and related social contributions. | |
| We work with various industries: the building trade (plumbers, bricklayers), catering (bar, restaurant, coffee shop/hotel), business consultants, hairdresser, bakeries (my specialty and not only because of my weakness for sweet things!), etc. | |
| Since I was hired, the practice has expanded geographically, and in terms of clients and staff. The changes were gradual, and through the years, I have felt more than once that I was changing practices. That is one of the reasons why I have remained faithful to the practice since I left school. | |
