	After several years spent in law firms and private companies, I joined Benoît Barral in September 2002.
	I specialise in two areas: company law and labour law.
	I currently work for 60 companies for which I prepare their Annual General Meetings as well as punctual tasks such as setting up or dissolving companies, transfers of shares, modifications in the object or the capital of the company, etc.
	I also take care of all the legal formalities attached to these tasks, which means I have to be meticulous and well organised. Regarding labour law, I prepare contracts and additional clauses, write letters of warning and handle dismissal procedures. I also do a lot of research for both clients and colleagues alike as labour law is always changing.
	As soon as I started working for Benoît Barral, I realised that the accountant is the main contact of the head of the company and they find it easy to talk to him and ask questions about various concerns. This diversity is stimulating and stops me from getting into a routine.
